Do any of you work at home AND have a nanny or in-home childcare? </p> <p>I'm a designer (home studio), and I know that I will need some help once I'm back after my maternity leave. I am initially thinking about someone coming in 3 days a week for 5 hours or so. I think I can adjust my workload accordingly. </p> <p>My question involves logistics ... I don't have an office with doors that close (we have a bungalow, and my office is in a room next to the living room). Basically, I would be really distracted by baby/nanny the whole time. </p> <p>Soooo ... what do you do? Find a room with a door? Work somewhere else? Just work with baby/nanny around? Does it actually work out (do you get work done)? I'm open to any pointers or advice!! </p> <p>Oh, and we have a person in mind.
