But last night we just stuck a disposable straw in our cup and she drank straight from it. Then I removed the straw and lifted it up for her, and she drank from the cup. In fact, an LC I know recommends going straight to a regular cup.</p> <p>My LO loves drinking from a regular cup but we usually hold it for him or else he throws it right back like he would with a sippy cup. She just cant seem to figure it out. We discovered that she WILL, however, drink from a regular cup. </p> <p>Has anyone skipped the sippy totally?
