Here’s our strategy - DH and I each have a Gmail account. I use my google calendar for personal appointments, reminders, etc. </p> <p>We also have a separate google account for bills. We use that google calendar for all family activities, reminders, etc. The household google calendar is shared with me and DH. Mine, DH's, and a shared family one that I specifically share also with my parents, mostly when the kids doesn't have school, important events, etc. </p> <p>In each calendar, you can go to settings and share it with specific email addresses. I actually much prefer the white board now that we have it. Or other ideas? Our fridge isn't big enough for a whiteboard calendar thing.<br /> Something super easy and pretty streamlined bc my husband doesn't like "messing with his phone" a lot. A way to include workouts, doctor's appts, kids' playdates, etc that we can both edit.<br /> Thx! </p>
