It really upset me and frustrated me. </p> <p>My LO is one month old today and he is the best thing that ever happened to me (okay, tied for first with marrying his father 2 years ago :) lol). He is really amazing, I can't even describe the love I have for him. I would never tell anyone kids ruin your life. Things are more complicated (timing around naps and feedings) but its beyond worth it and I can't wait for you to experience the same love for your LO. She responded 'Oh, you just wait! Two more weeks and everything will be totally different!' I said I was excited, and she goes 'Dont be. I didn't say things would be better. They'll just be different. Kids ruin your life.' </p> <p>Not sure how to respond to that. </p>
