I can't find anything definitive out there about it (will call my LC today when they open). I'm not thinking of doing a cleanse, but just adding 2tblsp to a gallon of water (along with some honey/agave) to drink over 2-3 days.</p> <p>ACV is supposed to do wonders for your skin, digestive system, etc. Just wondering if it's safe for LO while I'm nursing! (she's 8 months old if that matters). </p>
