Also, I like to make applesauce muffins and throw some fresh chopped apple in there. Pork chops with sauteed apples and mustard. What are some things you like to bake with apples? We plan on going to pick our own apples, plus there is a farm stand across the street from me, so I see a lot of apples in our near future. I'm not the biggest fan of apple pie, but I do love apple crisp. I was thinking of homemade applesauce but I haven't attempted that one before. </p>
