I wash mine on hot and dry in the dryer on low. It hasn't effected their performance at all.

I'm in the process of washing all of my cloth diapers and I see on the tag of my Applecheeks bamboo inserts - machine wash cold, hang to dry. What?!?

I checked the Applecheeks website, which makes it sound like it's ok to wash them in hot water and dry in the dryer. Does anyone else use these? How do you wash them, and are they holding up?
