The last time I visited Chicago it was also in February and it was biting cold out and this was before I had DS. </p> <p>Depending on how you plan on getting around with DD (car seat or stroller) and how much time you think you will be walking around outside, I would suggest a snowsuit or puffy coat. We use it in the stroller, or when we are outside playing.
