He's still learning to walk better, but he can if he wants to albeit slow and wobbly. He catches his balance and continues. Otherwise, he still prefers crawling as his mode of transportation though! She walked at 16; no wobbly steps, practice walking or extensive cruising. One day she just stood up and started walking strong and stably and hasn't stopped since!! I'd say we're another month away at least. So yes in our case i think he's a bit late doing both.
