When we get to the playground at 5:30/6 pm, it's almost all parents!! That might not what you're looking for though, since they're mostly working parents...</p> <p>We went to the same playground at the same time every day, and met a number of parents that way... the other time that was great for meeting parents was first thing in the morning. Weekends are better .. but a lot of the nannies morph into dads so that doesn't help me either! </p>
