The requirements are pretty lax as long as they are some version of a polo in a neutral color and navy or khaki bottoms. I let my toddler wear them but only when I'm with her. I'd say about 75% of mornings, my LO refuses to wear anything unless it has Minnie Mouse or Anna/Elsa on it. They actually tried to institute a full uniform policy earlier this year but the parents complained so much that they cancelled that plan. They also prefer the kids wear sneakers but they know that isn't always possible. I know some schools are a lot stricter with not allowing characters on shirts or even uniforms.
