Hmm, I do ab stuff, I just modify it to be comfortable. My motto for pregnancy exercise is 'if it feels good, great'. Maybe just try more of your normal stuff, but at half intensity?

@Anagram: planks are great, just do them on an incline! You can take a squat rack and lower the bar, then work on holds

@sarac: @blackbird: yeah, that's kind of the problem. I did all the arm machines at my gym a couple of days ago, and have had terrible back pain since in my lower back.

So I'm hoping for some "pregnancy friendly" exercises--like, I know we're not supposed to do abs right? But I need some core exercises that aren't focusing on my abs specifically.

Also keep in mind that I've been super nauseous since December, so I haven't done so much as a leisurely walk in 3 months.

Yeah, it's a misnomer that you need special pregnancy exercises. Just find any sort that was well within your capacity before getting pregnant, and that feels pain free and good now, and go for it.

For the most part, you don't need any special exercises! Girls Gone Strong has some "best for pregnancy" moves, though.

You know those infographics, like the 30 days abs challenge, or the 30 day legs challenge? Is there anything like that for pregnancy?

I'm on my work computer and since I work in a school, everrrrrything is blocked. 60% of the images on Google Images are also blocked, and I can't search anything with the work "pregnancy" or "maternity" (dumb, right?). Butttt...if someone where to post one here, I could use it!
