I went from T25 to Hammer and Chisel and now going to probably do Max. I highly recommend H and C.
Also you might want to try Beta or Gamma T25 if you have access.

@autumn865: I haven't done that one but how about Hammer and Chisel? I LOVED it!!

got this online:
How is this different from P90X, INSANITY, 21 Day Fix, Body Beast?

Hammer and Chisel is structured around the winning strategies of Autumn and Sagi for their body competitions. This is a mix of resistance training to shape powerful muscle, shed body fat, and build a ripped, statue-perfect physique. While the old programs focused on either building muscle or losing weight, this is the hybrid of BOTH!!!!!

Do you have access to the other BB programs? Have you tried p90x3?

I have not done insanity or insanity max 30, but from the bits I have seen, I think they compare? What about p90x3 but on a more loose schedule? Once I do the 90 day program (I won't lie I skip Pilates and yoga days and add my runs in there) I add more runs/distance in and just do the workouts in order, but definitely not on their set day.

I'm 40w today and salivating to get back onto it!! Hoping April 1!!

I have finished up my Beachbody Insanity Max 30 program last week and I feel great (I even did an extra month of the month 2 workouts because it was such a great workout). I'm ready to take things down a notch but I would hate to see loss of strength and endurence with a less intense work out schedule. I've started t25 and in the alpha phase workouts I've tried I don't find them challenging :-/ any suggestions where to go next? Maybe a hybrid program? What did you do after Max 30? Thanks :)
