He is an older gentleman in his 80s or 90s. I forget what the charge was, but it was one of those things that didn't seem as concerning from years ago. They informed us of it when we put an offer in on our house. We don't live in an area where you would (or I wouldn't at least!) let your kids run loose anyway &amp; will move before any LOs would need to be outside. I'm more concerned with violence in our neighborhood. DH went to tell our neighbors to be quiet the other night &amp; had a knife pulled on him, earlier this yr 2 blocks over 3 ppl got shot in their apartment &amp; their baby was thrown in the middle of the street at night. So yes we need to move, but not just because of sex offenders, those are everywhere whether they've been convicted or not. I clicked on it to see where he lives and he lives in my neighborhood. He was also charged with providing alcohol to minors. This guy just ruined my Friday.
