It might be worth buying a cheap one and shipping it back home, not sure about high chair. I've heard rentals can get expensive. Right now, you can get a hook on chair and pack'n'play for less than $100 through nobetterdeal.com and have them shipped. There are pack'n'plays less than $40 w/ $6 shipping, and a clip on chair for $24 w/ $4 shipping.
