I just don't open any that don't pertain to me right now, so basically anything parenting related at the moment or TTC. I read all pregnancy boards and keep up with a few of the other months that are close to mine. Like I have, on occasion, felt judgement from someone who does sleep training if the talk about teaching healthy sleep habits or self-soothing. But if I step back and think about it, it almost never was intended as a judgement. Usually it is just someone passionate about something that is working well for them or their family who wants to share that information/success with others. At the end of the day, I hope all parents feel secure enough in and passionate enough about their choices to engage in dialogue without needing to feel threatened. But sometimes it can just be best to share with like-minded people.
