I really did NOT want a holiday baby and generally hate the winter, and I thought the very best time to have a baby (for pregnancy, maternity leave, and birthdays) would be April or May. </p> <p>While I still think that, it took us a really long time to get pregnant, so I was going to be happy with whatever that gave us. :o) I am due the last week of January, and at first I thought it was kind of annoying (who wants a February birthday?), but now I LOVE it... it will give our kid something to look forward to at the worst time of the year, I won't be super pregnant in the heat, my mat leave will be at the best time of year here (February-May), and there are GREAT cozy, warm clothes for tiny babies.
