<description>&#60;p&#62;I've had very frequent BH since early in my 2nd trimester.  The whole uterus will feel like it's tightening, not just part of it.  And a lot of times, mine would be triggered if I used my core in any way.  So, from what you'er describing, they might be.

<description>&#60;p&#62;@mamadopt:  Good point!  I'm pretty good about keeping hydrated.  I mostly notice it if I have been running around or on my feet all day.  I did notice it when jogging recently so stopped jogging until I could ask my OB about it.

<description>&#60;p&#62;For the past few weeks, once in a while (mostly at the end of a long day and mostly when I'm walking) I feel a little tightening in my lower uterus.  Nothing painful at all....just a little tight.  Do we think this is Braxton Hicks?  I'm 21 weeks.
