A month after the surgery they are starting to grow back. Little annoyed we spent that much for something temporary. I thought it was permanent fix. Yeah, I think there was a misunderstanding in there. I love our vet but a bit annoyed. Although, maybe we were aware of the risks and maybe the DH forgot to tell me.</p> <p>I love my two dogs and we do anything to keep them with us. If I had to get them trained like you, I wouldn't think of the whole cost, but the session or weekly cost. Like think of it as things of things you are giving up, like going out to dinner. Yeah, I agree with others that if you can afford it, go for it.</p> <p>I just took a 6 week dog training class that was offered for free because we just adopted our second dog. Very eye opening on how to train your dog. Have you considered going to a class like this? I think it's once a week classes for 6 weeks. I think if I paid for it, it would have cost me $120 for the 6 classes. It can give you a good foundation on how to train your pet. She charges $72/session. I'll let you do the math because it still pains me to think about the total. We love our dog. She is like family. We know it would be very difficult to rehome her... But seriously, are we crazy for spending this kind of money on her??? </p>
