She uses my mom and my mom hired someone to help her because it's too much work for just her. I'm happy with both of her nanny's..... they watch my LO sometimes too when I have a migraine. I've gone through two nannies that I didn't like. It seems so hard to find someone. I think I'm pickier about employing someone in my home vs using daycare. </p>
