Yes, I cry easily at TV and movies and when having big conversations. And when I got pulled over for speeding (and I still got a ticket...jerk ;-) ). I always feel like Rachel from Friends - when she was talking to her boss one time she said something like, "I'm not crying because I'm upset, I'm just crying because we're having this conversation," haha.

Yes. I can cry at everything. DH thinks I'm the biggest cry baby ever b/c I'm really sensitive lol. But I mostly just cry a lot w/ DH b/c I feel comfortable... I don't often cry in public or with people I'm not super close to.

@MarieJ: oh! I wish! DH usually ends up giggling at me because I try so hard to be angry and then just cry! Hahaha it makes me even more mad but he can't take me seriously!

I'm at crier when it comes to sad and emotional things (I.e.-death, sickness, sappy videos & movies). I do not cry when I'm mad. DH jokes around and says that he steers clear of me when I'm angry because it's nothing nice!

I'm a dreadful crier. I cry when I'm sad, cry when I'm angry., cry when I'm happy, cry at the TV, cry at music, cry at things I read online.... DH hates it because he feels manipulated when he's trying to have something out with me but I really, honestly can't help it. I hate it. IT has only gotten worse since having E - now I randomly think of a scenario (like E getting really sick) and just start crying in the supermarket or something. Nightmare.

I'll cry at everything from hallmark commercials to telling someone bad news and everything in between except if it is work related - I will not cry unless it's to one of my very close friends/coworkers.

@.twist.: ahh! I am the same type of crier! TV, movies, commercials don't really get me but when I have to talk about something (serious, deep)with DH I normally cry..Get pulled over... Tears. I even angrily PEP talk myself "REESE, you are an ADULT, a STRONG WOMAN, pull yourself together... DO NOT CRY.."

*2 seconds later*

:crying:

I was so paranoid I was going to go into the ugly cry during my vows... But I only went into the shaky voice tears...

Which then made everyone else cry..

I am not a crier at all. I've noticed with this pregnancy I will tear up when watching something touching or sad, but still haven't hit that crying over smaller things stage. My friends always tease me by saying I have no tear ducts lol. If I did cry I'm sure they would absolutely panic!

I tend to cry at sad things, like movies, and anything sad involving an animal, especially a dog! And I'll definitely cry over sad things in my own life.

I'm not typically an angry-crier, even though I sometimes wish I could cry when angry to show I'm not just being a cold-hearted biatch! If I'm having a fight with DH, I never cry in the midst of it, and if I do cry, it's after the fight is over.

When I have PMS, though, all bets are off. I'll cry at anything.

I'm also one of those people who sometimes feels like they NEED a good cry, so I'll watch a really sad movie to bring it on.

I am a crier and always have been. I find beauty and pain in lots of things. I cry at art, weddings, when the kids make me something, cards with hand written messages, beautiful scenery, and I've cried at every birth I've attended as well. I used to think it was embarrassing, but as I've gotten older I have realized it's actually a quality I like about myself.

I never used to cry, but I cry a lot after having baby #2.

I cry when I watch TV, read sad stories. DD lost her favorite stuffed animal at the mall yesterday and I cried even though she's completely fine. :P I called all the stores we went to and even went back to the mall after the kids went to bed. I cried some more on my drive home.

Someone just reminded me that I've been wanting to make this thread for a while!

Are you a crier?

I'm not a crier when it comes to watching videos and hearing stories, although that has changed slightly since having L.

But I AM a complete crier when it comes to having to tell someone something important that I don't want to tell them. For example, if I'm annoyed at DH and I want to get it off my chest I usually always cry. I don't mean to, it just happens. Sometimes I will even give myself a pep talk about not crying and then as soon as the first words leave my lips I'm in tears.

Or, one time I got into a minor, MINOR, fender bender, no big deal. I was all read to get my insurance out and chat with the girl. I wasn't even anxious. And then as soon as I got out of the car I just started bawling! I couldn't help it. I tried so hard to stop myself but I couldn't.

So, are you a crier? And what kind?
