He can't wear the same shirt he's been gardening in to bed, he can't wear the same socks twice, and if he drops food while cooking, in anyway, he has to toss it.</p> <p>To my defense: DH rides the bus to work, he often forgets to change clothes &amp; leaves socks laying around, and our stovetop is usually in need of serious scrubbing.
