I might micro-manage a bit, but I'm really flexible with things, too. Hate it. So it takes a lot when I have to do coaching Conversations. Usually if I am working with a more experienced barista I don't have to direct them as much. Where a newer one I need more structure. I don't think I'd be very good at it. I tend to be a really fast learner and I'm super efficient. And I get VERY easily frustrated if people can't keep up with me and I tend to write them off. I'm good at explaining things and training people, but if they don't pick it up quickly, or I have to repeat myself, I run out of patience quickly.
