What I wished existed at the time, and what I would totally recommend is joining a PEPS group from multiples. I'm not part of the club, but I would like to join. Right now it's difficult because they meet in the evenings around 7 and that's when my kids go to sleep. They still nurse to sleep most nights so I haven't left them at bedtime yet. I like the multiples sales because the gear and toys are usually pretty good. There was a lot of doubles of things , which isn't too surprising! The last one I went to the clothes were much more disorganized than other sales I've been to, and there didn't seem to be as much selection and I would have expected. All of the tag sales are fun to go to though, I've gotten tons of stuff from them. </p> <p>Around here if you are a member of the group doing the sale you usually get early access to some sort of pre-sale. But you're also expected to work for some if as well. And of course if you're a member you'll get the added benefit of being able to sell all your stuff when you're done with it. But I'm still hesitant about joining because I don't want to pay dues required to join and what happens if I lose a twin. </p> <p>I'm thinking about emailing the group to see if I can get a refund if something bad happens.</p> <p>Anyway, I really want to go to one of the sales to get used baby gear. </p> <p>Are you part of one? Have you gone to one of the sales? </p>
