For Christmas, my friend just gave me a delicious loose leaf herbal tea called Blueberry Merlot from Tea Forte. It has rose hips, blueberries, hibiscus and sage -- very calming. I also love Sleepytime Tea at night. On the caffeinated side, I like earl grey or green tea with peach or pomegranate.
