He still may pop into my head from time to time (I think it's impossible for that to not happen when you're a mom) but its just a passing thought. Today I got a massage and went shopping for myself. I checked in with my husband every couple of hours but when he says all is good I don't give it any more thought.<br /> I've always needed time to myself, even before LO (which now I think back and say "ha! Wasn't all my time alone time then???") so it was just natural for me to make that time after he got here. I started right away, when he was only 2 weeks. Usually the rare times I leave is just to run errands, and somehow I always end up getting something - clothing, snack, one spot item - for one of them! I can't seem to turn that side off. Which I guess is part of parenting!</p> <p>Even if I'm doing something relaxing like a pedicure (haven't since pre-LO 2) I still think about them! </p>
