This is great advice, I totally missed our time change (in Europe we're already adjusted) and was proud of DS for sleeping in, until I realized it was daylights savings.

For the last few time changes, I started adjusting my daughter's bedtime by 15 minutes/day, 3 or 4 days ahead of time. It has worked well and she always woke up at the "correct" time by the day of the time change. But now that she is 18 months, I feel like she might be more adaptable and I can do it all in one day. What are your plans for this upcoming time change?
