@babycanuck: Ya I would be done with her. If she wants to complain tell her she hurts your feelings when she always says no.

@babycanuck: Haha, nice! I can relate... I bring lunch to work every day. But, I know that if I turn coworkers down for lunch enough, they'll stop inviting me. On occasion I'll buy lunch too but usually I just talk a walk with as they buy food and then we'll eat together. It gets me out of the office and doesn't get me disinvited!

@LindsayInNY: I totally just took them off the evite, so if they try to go back and change things they're going to have to email me.

Stop inviting her. If she calls you out, tell her why. It's kinda common sense - if you never accept, people stop inviting you! Shouldn't be a huge surprise to her.

@anonysquire: Totally. I think I'm at a point in my life where if you're not going to make an effort, I'm done. It's harsh but I think it needs to happen.

Always! I am always the one apologizing and when people do worse things to me they get away with no apology and expect me to apologize. I do not get it!

I have a couple of friends...but one in particular who gets pissed off when she's not invited out, but when she is, says no immediately.

I'm a bit tired of being the bigger person and just inviting her to celebrations and stuff, but I feel like if I don't things will just get worse than they already are. I just sent an invite for a holiday party and right away she responded "no but thanks." I'm *so* tempted not to invite her to anything anymore.

Do you find yourself being the bigger person more often than not?
