I feel like they have therapy programs for everything. I know they have drama therapy, where they write plays, act, etc. It's pretty amazing to see how art therapy benefits kids in tragedy. We went to Mississippi years after Katrina to work with the kids there. You totally sound like an artist to me! I studied graphic design but I wouldn't call myself an artist because I didn't end up doing anything with my studies.
