It seems like we would be polar opposites based on that but I think our personalities complement each other well and bring out the best in each other. We are both introverts, but my husband is more outgoing/talkative than I am. We are both nerdy though and have the same views on religion, family, etc. We are both also youngest children.</p> <p>Our main difference is that I have horrible stress/anxiety problems and am a pessimist whereas he is so calm and optimistic, and rarely ever stresses. I'm an introvert and he's an extrovert. He has to be "go, go, go" all the time and I need lots of time to relax and recharge. He's a risk taker and I'm totally not. Like, we're both on the quieter side, but I'm better at small talk and he's much more talkative when he's with people he's comfortable with. I agree that opposites do attract, but I think you still have to have some core things in common.</p> <p>For instance both Mr. Bee and I are INTJ's on the Meyers-Briggs personality test (which is a rare combo). But we're also very different in that I love adventure/travel/change whereas he is the complete opposite.</p> <p>But we have similar views on religion, education, and we're both introverts. I think if one of us were an extrovert and the other an introvert, that could be really hard!</p> <p>Are you and your SO opposite? </p>
