But basically cook your sweet potatoes and scrape them out. Mix first 6 ingredients with blender and put in a medium casserole dish. Mix together last 4 ingredients (use cool butter you cut in like a streusel topping) and put on top. Bake at 350 until top is brown and heated through (like 30-40 min if you make right before serving.
