I eat &#34;normally&#34; in my opinion: cereal for breakfast, leftovers for lunch, meat, veggies and starch for dinner.. I also snack a lot during the day but I'm so hungry! I only eat when I'm hungry now, at least. I still have 20lbs of baby fat to go. I gained 46 when I was pregnant. Oooops.

<description>&#60;p&#62;Yes, I am. I started my diet to work out some suspected food allergies, but I've also lost weight in the process (which I do need to do). My diet is technically &#34;paleo&#34; but I am not hardcore about it. I'm just doing my best to stick to organic, whole foods and avoiding grains/dairy/soy/added sugar whenever possible. The added sugar is the hardest part as it is in everything. EVERYTHING. Including regular table salt! Crazy.

<description>&#60;p&#62;Yep! I decided at the end of last year that if I wanted to get pregnant, I should shed some weight. So far, 25 pounds! I lose weight REALLY slowly, but that's mostly because I haven't cut anything out. All I've done is keep track of what I'm eating and go walking/lift light weights every day. :) &#60;/p&#62;

<description>&#60;p&#62;@kokobee:  it all depends... if you are consuming mostly fruits and veggies your caloric intake will be less... you have to be sure that it's the quality of the calories, not the calories themselves. I know someone who dieted on McD's and kept their caloric intake less than 1500 - but none of us would say that's healthy... even though their calories were low. If you are eating avocados, salmon, etc all things high in calories but RICH in nutrients- then it all evens out.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I'm not on a diet... but I eat pretty healthy. I prefer lifestyle changes rather than dieting.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;BUT when I wean from BF'ing I want to do a juice cleanse!
