All kids and they had a balloon drop at 7 or 8 and did a big countdown. It was super cute. I think you could use whatever time to countdown to! I say hit up dollar tree and get some fake champagne glasses, sparkling cider (for the older girls and M if she's into it!), and make a fun dinner (homemade pizzas??). </p> <p>The only fun thing I am doing with my toddler on NYE is leaving her home with Daddy while I go to a wedding. For example: 8pm - bake cookies, 9pm - play Candy Land, 10pm - make confetti, 11 pm - decorate party hats.
