If all goes well and we have this little lady in October, we'll have some decisions to make. I always wanted three, but after our IF journey and our losses, I just don't know how much I have left in me. Hubby would be perfectly thrilled to stop at 2. But... we also have some embryos left over, so I am inclined to use those as opposed to NOT using the... so there's still time. DH is 100000% done. I have always said I wanted 3. I think if LO2 had been a girl I'd be done, but with two boys, I think there is a tiny part of me that wants a 3rd still. I am only 28 and DH is 31 so I feel like we are too young to make a permanent decision. I doubt we will end up with a 3rd but I can't say with 100% certainty that we are done. We always wanted 2 but then the exhaustion and baby struggles were hard. I was firmly done for quite some time and DH was on the fence. Now I've come around and do want another, but a small part of me is happy with one. </p> <p>We've stopped preventing for now but aren't really trying. I have a 20 month old son and DS2 is scheduled to arrive on Sunday. DH also doesn't want me to go through another pregnancy because they are hard on me and it would have to be so closely spaced again. And one toddler alone is a handful!</p> <p>That said, even before we ever got pregnant, we have always felt like we had a daughter in the cards. So while I don't know that I'll go through pregnancy again, we are definitely open to adoption and could see us going that route for a 3rd. We are in a great phase in life. There are many times I long for more children though, 2 more would be most ideal for me. I hope I don't regret one day not having more!
