We just had the flu 2 weeks ago, and DD1 was allowed to eat whatever she wanted and drink whatever she needed to just keep things down. Haha. My husband likes to treat her when she's sick, though so maybe he evens us out. I let her watch some TV but then if she isn't bed ridden, I turn it off for some parts of the day to play music and let her find something quiet and comforting to play with. As for food, we typically just eat our normal things and she doesn't really ask for much.
