<description>&#60;p&#62;On Sunday I am going to start the Blogilates Beginner 2.0 calendar...&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I injured my knee a few years ago and any sort of high-impact workout makes it all achy and I gave up on exercising completely.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Bad call, as I am now up 50 lbs. So this looked like it would be low-impact enough to not bother me. I also like that it is something new everyday because I get bored easily, which also makes me quit.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;As for diet, I've always tracked food off and on with My Fitness Pal. I think I will ramp that up, as the one time in my life I had major weight-loss results was due to food tracking.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;My goal is to be at a comfy weight for a trip we are taking next June--belated honeymoon of sorts. I want to look (and feel) good, damnit!!

<description>&#60;p&#62;@MrsLonghorn:  I can do each legs circuit 2x in 7 minutes. Abs/arms take me longer. I can do the circuit 1.5-1.75 times, and sometimes i'll go over the time if i am finishing up an exercise. There are so many reviews out there - and half are in the camp of finishing the circuit regardless of time while others think you should stop at 7 minutes. Definitely give it a try and there's nothing wrong with doing modifications. :)

Do you do as much as you can in 7 minutes, or do all the exercise no matter how long it takes...with the goal of eventually doing it fast enough to be in 7 minutes?

<description>&#60;p&#62;@Mrs. Champagne:  @MrsLonghorn:  I am obsessed with looking at those transformations - so inspiring! I got the pdf for free (not sure if i'm allowed to post it) but you can google &#34;noholita bbg&#34;. I don't have bikini abs(!!) but i have definitely become more toned in a short period of time. I really like the resistance workouts because they take 30 minutes and you are pretty sweaty by the end. My focus isn't losing weight but getting into a regular workout routine and developing control over junk food. I'll have to tackle portion control next! I started 30 day shred but honestly after the 4th day i couldn't stand looking at Jillian's face. I switched to BBG and aside from race training, this is the first program i've stuck to. I really hope i can stick with this over the next two months!

&#60;p&#62;I have been eating Snap Kitchen for my meals all week, to focus on portion size and not snacking. Monday, I'll add in exercise with the Idealfit 15 day body challenge.  I asked a friend her opinion on BBG or Diary of a Fit Mommy and she recommended Idealfit....we'll see how it goes!&#60;/p&#62;

<description>&#60;p&#62;Yes! And I love it. Right now I'm focusing on losing weight over exercise. I'm counting calories (eating between 1400-1500 per day while nursing my 13 month old), and so far I've lost 33lbs. And I literally eat bread and dessert every day. It's totally life changing. For the first time in my life I really feel like my weight and body are in my control, if that makes any sense.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62; I had a real &#34;Aha!&#34; moment in June when I realized I was using not being able to exercise as an excuse not to lose weight. But weight loss isn't about exercise, it's about food! I'm using MyFitnessPal and I love it. It's the only time in my whole life I've ever felt like I'm in control of my weight. I always felt that because of various factors (genetics, injuries, poverty) I was destined to be overweight or obese. And I feel so much better. I have a chronic pain condition and it's so much better. I was basically in pain 100% of the time and now my pain level is down to a 2-3 (which is my normal). Plus we basically cut our grocery bill in half because now I'm eating a normal amount of food instead of an absurdly comical amount. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;My father's been doing intermittent fasting with calorie counting and he loves it and he's down about 20lbs so far (with probably 70 more to lose). I can't handle IF, it's way too hard for me to skip meals!

I usually do 1 to 2 days of yoga in addition and if I'm feeling really energetic I'll do a 20 minute HIIT workout once a week too. And we usually do a 2 mile hike it baby once a week too. It's so much easier for me to stay motivated when the form of exercise is a bit varied.
