WTF?!) but he is generally good about helping if I ask. I learned a lot of passive aggressive behaviour from my own mother who never directly says what she wants but rather guilt trips you into doing things. I know if I ask DH directly to help me he will - but I fall into the martyr trap easily, struggling on and seething because he should "see" I need help....</p> <p>What can be hard is accepting that when I ask him to do something it will get done in his own sweet time. I don't want to ask repeatedly....
