There are certain wines i stick to when ordering at restaurants - Cotes du Rhone, Pinot Noir, Chianti Classico (or any sangiovese wine). The one I always go for was suggested to be paired with chinese food and pizza. Sometimes I get to try before committing to a glass or bottle. They give you a card which you put in the machine, and the wine spits out into a glass! I think you can try 5 per day.
