I am really bad at saying no. I get suckered into things all the time (especially at work). Except with DH, for some reason I have no problem telling him no!

I'm terrible at it. I always end up having so many plans all the time, when I really just want some downtime to relax! I need to work on this.

I'm so-so when it comes to saying no to such types of engagements. I tend to say yes if I really like the person but will wishy-wash my way out of it if I don't. I don't get asked very often, though, so it's all good.

This post just reminded me that I haven't had coffee at all today. Was wondering why I've been in a daze.

I'm a major homebody so while I do love coffee, I have no problem saying no... unless it's my mom! I'm always ready to go hang with my mom. She actually asked if I wanted to go with her to Austin today (2 hours away) and I was ready to pack the kiddos up & go!

I usually say yes. I have a hard time saying no. Especially when I'm not doing anything. I need to get better.

For a long time, I would just say "yes" to going out for coffee when people asked. (People love to ask you out to coffee in my industry, dunno why.) Anyway I found that people are often late so I usually pay for my own coffee, and then they don't followup afterward with an email. It truly amazes me!

So anyway, now I am a lot faster to say no to coffees... what a waste of time! I thought I was getting better at saying no in general... but I asked Mrs. Bee, and she said that I still say yes a lot. Ugh I guess it's time to get tougher!

Are you good at saying no? Are there any groups of people who take advantage of your yes-sy ways?
