That being said, I agree with @coopsmama, the line looks odd. Thinner then it should, I'd try an FRER, not another blue dye test. At 9DPO, it would probably be too early to get a positive on a digital, they aren't as sensitive. I'm 19 weeks pregnant with my 3rd and I got a negative digital the day AF was due. I had gotten a light positive on a FRER so I tried the digital. I then doubted the positive. I tested again in a couple of days and all were positive.
