I know for sure I was doing 12 at a time at one point fairly recently, and some were pretty big (fish oil and prenatals). Then I got pregnant. I had very little nausea, but pills were SO hard. I still gag at 19 weeks just *thinking* about swallowing more than one at a time. I hate it when I can't swallow it in one gulp and it's one of those meds that taste bad. I've gagged up meds a few times. If I throw it in the back of my throat and quickly drink something, it usually helps. Partly why I get gummy vitamins. Very big pills are still hard to swallow, but none of my regular ones are that big.
