<description>&#60;p&#62;We have Comcast.  It is STUPID expensive.  A few months ago, we cut back our internet speed to try to save some money, and now it goes on and off constantly.  Right now it's not a huge problem, since we really only use it for the computer and our phones, but if we streamed for tv/movie watching, I'd be highly annoyed.  We are hoping to cut back on our cable and increase our internet speed once we move.

<description>&#60;p&#62;The service works pretty well, but it is so expensive! Always going up without warning. Where we used to live it was so bad that the customer service office had bullet proof glass between customers/staff and an armed guard. I feel like if you need those things at your customer service office you should probably just provide better service!

Ours goes out for days at a time but that is cause some idiot hundreds of miles away decides they need to do some construction and cuts the fiber line (happens more than you think it out to).  I hate that we have a data cap but it works mostly for what we need it to do.
