Seriously, the recruiter did a reference check and called multiple times on Friday evening and Saturday morning to discuss specifics , and when they talked yesterday he said he expected to hear from the hiring manager by the end of the day. So... what is the hold up? I've been waking around 4am the last few days and can't fall back asleep (pregnancy insomnia?!?!). And just when I'm about to fall back asleep around 6am my LO has been waking to use the potty - she is usually happy but has been crying this morning and instead of falling back asleep like usual she's been crying on and off :-/ no idea what's going on. Is there a 33 month sleep regression?!?!</p> <p>ETA: something is definitely off bc LO was so cranky and lethargic and just fell asleep on me at 8:00am - not like her at all.
