I have 4 or 5 meals waiting for me in the freezer and I just don't wanna do it!</p> <p>I picked up some fresh tortellini last night at costco (it's on sale!) and just boiled it and tossed it with olive oil and a sprinkling of italian seasoning... fast and delicious!! Would have grated some parmesan over it if I had had it ;) and steamed veggies on the side.
