It makes me apprehensive to spend a lot of money on things like remodeling (cabinets especially) when the remodel is not a necessity (unlike the new siding we got last summer). This was suppose to be our forever home, its large enough for our family to grow, close to family (its the same town I grew up in so my mom is like 5 mins away) and in a good school district but I admit I wish it wasnt even if most likely it is.
