Regardless of what I think the homework policy SHOULD be, if there is homework, it's going to have to get done.</p> <p>Now, I didn't want or need help with my homework on a regular basis. I thought I would be the kind of parent who got really into arts and crafts and taught early reading. I don't do any of that! My son is in Kindergarten now though, and we definitely don't review homework at the table! We read books for 30-45 minutes every night though, so that's something at least.</p> <p>I hope to help more as he gets older! Right now, it seems like the focus is on literacy and basic numbers.</p> <p>Are you more or less involved in your LO's education than you thought you'd be? </p>
