<description>&#60;p&#62;Ummm nope!  H woke herself up running into the crib rails w/her head and hands...At 4 AM!!!  So then we ended up nursing and she didn't go back to sleep until 5:15 and it made me SO TIRED!  I've had 2 cups of coffee instead of 1 today!

<description>&#60;p&#62;DS started STTN 12 hours a cpl wks ago and I've noticed that sometimes I'm even more tired when I get the longer stretches of sleep. I was doing well on 3 hour stretch naps for a while!
