I've been using it every day since the baby was 5 days old, and now he's 11 months. I love looking at the graphs and seeing long term trends. It's also useful to keep track of her sleeping hours, as newborns shouldn't be up more than 2 hours. I can always look back and see when she woke up and needs to be put down for a nap.</p> <p>Now that LO is 4 months old, I still use it to keep track of everything.
