<description>&#60;p&#62;Yes.  In college I kind of thought it wasn't cool to be patriotic, but I truly feel like I won the lottery to be born a woman in the US.  I live the American dream, from extremely modest beginnings to a wonderful comfortable life.  I owe much of that to the amazing student loan and pell grant program that supported me through college, grad school, medical school, and fellowship!
