It's home and I always feel an emotional pull to it, but its "red state" status is tough for me to take sometimes. </p> <p>I am now in Connecticut, which I like more than I thought I would (we moved from NYC for my husband's job). All in all, I really like the Northeast as a region and feel like it fits my personality a lot more than the Midwest.
